My Girlfriend is a Killer

  • Ashland Public Library 410 Siskiyou Boulevard Ashland, OR (map)

“My Girlfriend Is A Killer” is a new musical, inspired by 1920’s and film noir, about unlikely lovers. This is a story about falling in love with someone without knowing much about them, and having to decide between working out the issues, or if it would be better to separate. This production at Fringe Festival will be a live readthrough, with a QR code leading to a website or portfolio with designs created by our designers. This way, the audience can see what we are envisioning for a future, full production.

Writer/Director/Lyricist/Composer Pluto Star Yost-Moore is a sophomore at Southern Oregon University studying costume construction and design, but they have always wanted to be a playwright and have been writing since they were in fourth grade. They’re very inspired by their friends and find their way through projects through the support of the people around them. They shared the concept of this project with their friends and quickly it grew to where it is today.
